Improving nutrition

When improving nutrition, there are three simple ways to make changes:

  • Enhance – Improve the quality of what you already enjoy.

    • Wholegrain bread instead of white bread.

  • Combine – Pair familiar foods with something beneficial.

    • Add fruit to yoghurt or salad to pizza.

  • Expand – Gradually explore new foods and flavours.

    • Try a new vegetable, protein, or recipe.

You don’t need to overhaul your diet. Simply ask:

Can I enhance it? Can I combine it? Can I expand it?
