Improving nutrition
When improving nutrition, there are three simple ways to make changes:
Enhance – Improve the quality of what you already enjoy.
Wholegrain bread instead of white bread.
Combine – Pair familiar foods with something beneficial.
Add fruit to yoghurt or salad to pizza.
Expand – Gradually explore new foods and flavours.
Try a new vegetable, protein, or recipe.

Can I enhance it? Can I combine it? Can I expand it?
